  1. Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are required for all scheduled stops from Princeton to Newark and JFK.  Between Newark and JFK, reservations are suggested.  Or you can book a reservation at the Ground Transportation Counter.  Reservations are required on scheduled stops from Ocean and Monmouth Counties to Newark and JFK. 

  1. How do I make a reservation?

For online reservations (click here) or call to make a reservation with our friendly and helpful agents at 800-822-9797. 

  1. Can I get on the shuttle when arriving at the airports without a reservation?

You can go to the Ground Transportation Counter located on the arrivals level locate the self service phones, all will now dial 16 for Olympic Airporter for Bucks, Mercer, Middlesex or Ocean and Monmouth Counties.  You can also have the Ground Transportation agent make a reservation for you. 

  1. How do I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel less than 3 hours you will be billed for the entire cost of the ride.  Reservations made online can be cancelled if it is 3 hours prior to time of travel by contacting us at 800-385-4000 or 800-822-9797.  Please reference your confirmation number. 

  1. Where do you pick up at the scheduled stops?

Outside the main entrance of each location. 

  1. Where do I meet the shuttle at the Airport?

After claiming your luggage, proceed to the Ground Transportation counter and follow the directions on your confirmation sheet.

  1. How much are your fares?

  1. How much luggage can I take on the shuttle?

Our luggage policy is two suite cases that can not exceed 62’’ linear inches and one carry-on per person.  Carry-on must be able to fit on the passengers lap.

  1. What Airports do you service?

Scheduled service to Newark and JFK Airports and Private services to Newark, JFK, LaGuardia, Atlantic City and Philadelphia.

  1. Can my pet travel with me?

Pets are not transported.

  1. Can my service animal travel on the shuttle?

Utility animals can travel without charge for the animal, and they must sit next to the owner on the floor.

  1. What method of payment do you accept?

All shuttle, shared or private ride reservations to airports made either via the web or phone reservations must be prepaid at the time of booking.  GRATUITY must be added at the time of booking, or cash gratuity can be given directly to the driver at time of travel.  However gratuity can not be added to a credit card on the day of travel.  We accept all major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER.

  1. What is your privacy policy?

We collect our guest email addresses to send confirmations, information as well as to update them on discounts and promotions.

  1. Is my credit card information safe?

Our site is protected by Scan Alert Hacker Safe software.  You can be confident that your information is secured when using our site.  This site is tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security Test.  The “live” Hacker Safe mark appears only when a web site’s security meets the highest security scanning standards of the US Government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  1. Do you accept third party credit card billing?

Call our office to make arrangements.

  1. What is your average travel time for shuttle?

Approximate time between Newark to JFK 75 minutes, Princeton to Newark 105 minutes, Princeton or Ocean/Monmouth Counties / JFK 180 minutes, and Ocean/Monmouth Counties to Newark 75 minutes.  This is depending on weather and traffic conditions.

  1. Is your service between Newark and JFK direct?

Our service travels between Newark and JFK Airports and is the only direct shuttle.

  1. Do we need car seats for our children?

Our shuttle buses are not equipped with seat belts therefore car seats can not be utilized.  Private van or sedan service car seats or booster will be provided or you can use your own.

  1. What if my flight is delayed?

Follow the instructions on your confirmation in contracting us and you will be advised of your options for service.

  1. Why should I use your service?
